Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team is pleased to announce the participation of 17 of its talented riders in multiple National Championships across the globe, fighting for their respective national champion jerseys.

The Italian National Championships will have the biggest representation of our Swiss-registered team with Walter Calzoni, Alessandro Fedeli, Antonio Puppio, Filippo Conca, Matteo Moschetti, and Nicoló Parisini all taking part in the highly competitive 230 km road race in Comano Terme on Saturday, June 24th.

“We have a really strong team for the nationals and I hope we can achieve a great result. Personally, I’m in good shape and like the parcours quite a lot. I think the biggest challenge will be the hot temperatures that are expected. I’ve been working with the team intensively to learn how to manage racing in high temperatures but I still suffer a lot so that will be a big challenge,” said Alessandro Fedeli.

In Canada, Nick Zukowsky, who had a standout performance at the recently concluded Tour de Suisse, will be participating in both the Elite road race and the time trial events.

Across the border, Joey Rosskopf will fly the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team flag high in the United States, competing in both the Elite road race and the Elite time trial, in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The 33-year-old has two national TT titles and one road title in his palmarés and is a strong contender to, once again, win the prestigious national champion jersey in both disciplines.

“I’ve had a lot of success here”

“I’ve had a lot of success here in Knoxville, winning two TT titles and one road race. I always love to comeback and race with the support of my friends and family. I’ve done a good preparation and come with high ambitions. The weather forecast for the TT event predicts some rain but hopefully it won’t be too bad,” said Joey Rosskopf.

The American race against the clock will take place today, June 22nd in Melton Lake Park over a course of 34.3 km while the Elite road race will be hosted on Sunday, June 25th.

Accompanying Rosskopf in the US championships will be countryman and teammate Corey Davis who will compete in the Elite road race.

Swiss talent will be represented by Fabio Christen, who will participate in the U23 time trial event, as well as the Elite road race. Matteo Badilatti, another of our accomplished riders from Switzerland, will join Christen in the Elite road race. Additionally, Christen will also compete in the U23 road race.

Kamil Małecki and Szymon Sajnok will represent Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team in the Polish national championships, competing in the Elite road race on Sunday, June 25th. Additionally, Sajnok will compete in the Elite Time Trial event, this Thursday, June 22nd.

Former Swedish TT Champion Tobias Ludvigsson will strive to regain the national title in the time trial event this Thursday, June 22nd, while also competing in the Elite road race. The 32-year-old has won the TT title three times in his career but has yet claim the road title.

“It’s always special to race the Nationals. As always, I’m starting with the goal and ambition of giving my absolute best and win the titles. I’m somewhat tired after the Tour de Suisse, where I did two ITTs, but hopefully I’ll be able to perform at my very best at both the road race and ITT,” said Tobias Ludvigsson.

Neo-pro Marcel Camprubí will showcase his talent in Spain, competing in the challenging Elite road race while Tom Devriendt will battle it out on the road as he represents Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team in the Belgian national championships road race.

Finally, Mark Donovan, fresh out of his Tour de Suisse participation, will represent the UK, bringing his exceptional skills and determination to the Elite road race on Sunday, June 25th.
